The signal lamp for railways is designed for use in railway signaling systems where long-distance visibility is required.
Its waterproof housing, made of silumin and featuring a flat rear cover, is equipped with a lock and two wing screws for easy maintenance access. The housing provides a protection level of IP55, ensuring reliable operation under various environmental conditions.
Excellent visibility, both during the day and at night, is achieved through an optical assembly consisting of a high-power full lens and an adjustable lamp current control that enables day/night intensity regulation.
As a light source, the lamp uses a two-filament bulb, which is directly integrated into the control circuit to enable proper monitoring and regulation of the signal lamp’s operation.
To prevent the appearance of phantom (false) signals caused by sunlight reflection, the lamp is fitted with a specially designed lens hood and a 15° upward tilt of the protective glass. This ensures clear and accurate signal visibility in all lighting conditions.
